Patricia Ayres

 

bio 

Patricia Ayres (b. New York), attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture (2019), received an MFA from Hunter College (2018), BFA from Brooklyn College and an A.A.S degree in Fashion Design from The Fashion Institute of Technology. Her work has been exhibited at Matthew Brown Gallery, Los Angeles (2020), Koenig & Clinton Gallery (2019), Kornfeld Gallery, Berlin (2020), International Print Center New York, The College Art Association, The Bronx Council on the Arts: Longwood Gallery at Hostos and NARS Foundation. She was an artist-in-residence at The Studios at MASS MoCA (2019), Lower Manhattan Cultural Center, Su-Casa (2020), Sculpture Space (forthcoming 2022) and a nominee for the Rema Hort Mann Foundation (2019). Ayres is currently an artist-in-residence at Sharpe-Walentas Studio Program (2019-2021) in Brooklyn, N.Y.
